One of my health insurance companies, the one that handles my prescription drugs, decided on Saturday that I needed a "pre-authorization" for one of my many medications.
The clerk at the pharmacy told me to come back Monday. It wasn't approved Monday, Tuesday, or today. I get fed up and call the Insurance Company today. Seems they faxed the wrong form to the doctor on Monday and now it will be a few more days. In the meantime, I am out of stomach medicine. I told the Insurance lady on the phone "well, I'm glad it wasn't my seizure medication". To which she heartily laughed. ![]() |
