Have you ever read the Jabberwocky mike?

Have a look at this if you haven't

People always argue about whether it means something. I think that if it means something to you, then the words have meaning. And vice versa. Regardless of what the writer was intending.

When I wrote it I had thoughts in mind and these words just came from that, none of them mean anything in the sense that they are in the dictionary. Although some might be.

I love the Alice books - and memorized Jabberwocky as a young girl.

The original illustrator, John Tenniels, shares my birthday.

I can still recite it from memory! It's actually one of my faves!! I like also Humpty Dumpty's "I sent a message to the fish" and I can do that by memory too-and Edward Lear rocks also

Well I was just trying to mimic a nonsense poem style which he does so well. I'd love to be able to recite that poem. I want to hear other recipes though too...
