No. I live in a 30 home subdivision in the county and I like it. There are two black families who seem very nice, aren't disruptive, keep their grass cut, etc. It's not a pricey area, but there is very little rental property. People who own their own homes have a vested interest and I think that helps keep out the riff raff.
