I'm also surprised you mention law suits. Why would Hyperion even consider constructing a new refinery if Evul Liberal Democrats in Congress would oppose it?

Yes I have heard of Hyperion. In fact I posted a thread about this refinery either on this board or perhaps it was your's.

At any rate the evirowhackos already have it tied up in the courts trying to obstruct and prevent anyone from providing more oil supply for the nation.

These whack jobs won't be happy until we are lighting our caves with candles again.
