Blacks have been given every opportunity to get good edu***ions. They choose to stay at the same level. It's easier to lower the standards for everyone than it is to keep the standards high and make everyone reach higher and work harder.

The man certainly knows how to spend our money. It seems to be his common theme/solution.

We already spend more per student than any other country in the world. Money is clearly not the answer,

I know people that spend more on their cars than I do.

They claim that their car still won't start.

I advise that putting gas in the tank would probably help.
