Ah addiction! If you don't want to smoke than don't. Willpower! I don't want to smoke but i do bc i don't want to bad enough. I believe cold turkey is the best way!

I quit cold turkey after smoking 17 years....and it SUCKED! But it was the way I needed to do it.

After 60 days or so of being smoke free I started having one when I drink. Thankfully, I don't drink very often. It works.

Wellbutrin? Tried that once, three days in and I was getting the same symptoms as Taru did with this stuff.. including the crazy dreams.

Ugh, I'm not sure which is worse, temporary drug side effects, or the long term health problems of smoking. I certainly wouldn't want to risk the immediate psychological effects of an anti-depressant again, that crap MADE me depressed!

i'm sorry... i forgot to readdress this thread...

6 days into it...

by day 7 no

haven't looked back sense...

possibly if you were to drop the doses by half

extend it at least double the time...

and no smoking...
