Nah, I don't think. He is on the shy side of the American Dream of 2.4 children. Shows that he has self-restraint and tailors his obligations to fit his abilities.

Palin on the other hand is a casebook narcisistic personality "I want it, I get it. And never mind my kids, I'm a adept at appointing stand-ins - I make damn sure the 2nd last one is old enough to hold the youngest while I strut my stuff". I have 5 - at least one of them wll be at Bristol's side when she pops no matter what champagne party I'm at.
And I can assure the American people that either they or my children will have reliable standins when I have to deal with either of them.
