NOW ANGELINA SETS HER SIGHTS ON WHITE HOUSE

ANGELINA Jolie is thinking of turning her attention to politics with a view to ending up in the White House, it has been revealed.

The actress, a UN goodwill ambassador for the past eight years, has become increasingly focused on humanitarian work and is said to be keen to make the leap into politics.

Her recent 34th birthday has caused her to take stock and Angelina has been telling friends she wants to get even more involved in making a difference in the world.

She is considering following fellow actors Arnold Schwarzenegger into politics and Ronald Reagan into the White House.

I respect her for taking a hands on role with her causes. She reminds me of Audrey Hepburn.

I read an article one time where someone asked why she didn't hold more fundraisers- she said by the time you pay for everything that goes into those things and the meager amounts they raise in comparison- she'd rather just cut the check to the charity and skip the event.

I think she's very intelligent and would be a far better candidate then some of the Hoo Hah's that think they deserve a shot. I'd be interested to hear her economic views.

I think you might be surprised. She seems to feel rather strongly about personal responsibility.

Yeah - Jon Voight is a conservative and Angelina, like so many other Hollywood types, is way left.  That she has taken on personal responsibility for the children she has is commendable, but I would not want to see her in politics.
